The city of Milton is calling all environmental establishments and organizations to participate in its 2014 Milton Earth Day Festival in April.

The festival will be held on Saturday, April 19 at Friendship Community Park in the Crabapple community.

The city invites those who are interested to become a sponsor for or vendor at the festival, which is billed as a fun, educational family event hosted by the city and Milton Grows Green. Along with vendors and businesses, the event will highlight crafts, rides, entertainment and food.

A sponsor/vendor packet can be downloaded here. A check must accompany the application if mailed and if charged to a credit card, the application must be delivered to Milton City Hall in person.

There are four levels of sponsorship available: from $1,500 to $250, and non-profit groups can be a part of the festivities for just $15. Food vendors can join up for $100.

Space is limited, so the city urges businesses, schools or nonprofit organizations to sign up early.
