Milton Begins Road Repair Projects on Tuesday

The patching and repairing projects are expected to take 45 days to complete.

Did you see the flashing signs? Several Milton roads will be patched and repaired starting on Tuesday, Aug. 16.

Carter Lucas, Milton's director of Public Works, said the work is expected to last 45 days, depending on weather, and crews will be working from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The roads affected will be open to traffic but reduced to one lane.

"Drivers should expect delays in the work areas and find alternate routes if possible," said Lucas. "Please use extreme caution in the work zones."
