Milton, Alpharetta Residents Rid Homes Of Holiday Fire Hazards

Drop your tree off at Scottsdale Farms, Birmingham Falls Elementary, Milton High or the Home Depot on Windward today.

Plenty of local residents are bringing their Christmas trees and wreaths to drop-off locations set up all over town.

Two tree service companies are turning those trees into mulch as part of the Bring One for the Chipper tree recycling program.

The drop-off locations will be staffed by volunteers until 4 p.m. today. The location at Home Depot will accept trees for a few weeks.
