Government Offices, Banks Closed for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday
You can still shop and work today, though some private companies also observe the holiday.
Today is the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, so most government offices will be closed in observance.
Closures include:
- All Post Offices
- (and all other city offices). Trash pickup will be on regular schedule, however.
- Fulton County public schools
- Fulton County government offices, including the property tax and tag office and the North Fulton Regional Health Center next door
- Local bank and credit union branches
