Developer Wants to Build Homes Near Wills Park
The public can let the Alpharetta Planning Commission know what they think of the plan.
A developer wants to build 28 single-family homes across the street from Wills Park and the American Legion Post 201.
A rezoning application for the 8.65-acre property from low density residential to medium density residential will be before the Alpharetta Planning Commission on Wednesday, July 10.
Arrowhead Real Estate Partners is making the request for the property at the southwest corner of the intersection at Rucker Road/Old Milton Parkway and Wills Road.

The density will be 3.54 units per acre.
