Deadline for Cheaper Registration Nears in Milton Mayor's Run

If you don't register by the end of the day Monday, you'll have to pay more to run the same race. That's like paying extra for gasoline.

Want to take part in the 2013 Milton Mayor’s Run next Saturday, Feb. 23,  at Kohl’s on GA 9? You’ve got just two more days to register for only $25.

Sign up no later than Monday, Feb. 18, or you'll hae to pay another $5. The fee includes a moisture-wicking T-shirt with the logo displayed below and plenty of food and fluids after the race, according to a news release on the city's website.

The Milton Mayor’s Run starts at 7:30 a.m. It will begin and end at the Kohl’s in the Deerfield Place shopping center at the corner of Ga. 9 and Deerfield Parkway. It includes a 5K race and a 1K fun run.
