Alpharetta To Close Milton Avenue For Streetfest
Milton Avenue between Main Street/S.R. 9 and Roswell/Canton streets will be closed starting 4 p.m. April 25 through the weekend.
The city of Alpharetta will close a portion of Milton Avenue starting at 4 p.m. Friday, April 25.
The street will be closed between Main Street/S.R. 9 and Roswell/Canton streets through the weekend.
Motorists, especially those who typically travel westbound on Webb Bridge Road/Academy Street, are encouraged to avoid the area and find an alternate route.

The city suggests motorists use Westside Parkway and Old Milton Parkway to access State Route 9 and areas to the west.
The road closure is necessary due to the Alpharetta Arts StreetFest and other events that will be taking place in downtown Alpharetta this weekend.
