Alpharetta Council Leaves Downtown for City Center

The mayor and council will hold a special workshop meeting in an office building on Sanctuary Parkway to discuss the project.

The downtown City Center project once again will have Alpharetta City Council meeting away from City Hall on Monday, March 11. It's a public meeting, so anyone is welcome.

City Council will meet at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway, Room 101, at 12:30 p.m. Since it's a workshop, the public won't necessarily have a chance to speak. However, a City Center update will be held during the regular council meeting at 7:30 p.m. Mayor David Belle Isle allows and invites public comment after those updates.

For the afternoon workshop, discussion will include security recommendations, pedestrian lights, the library pond and a review of Main Street from Academy Street to Marietta Street.
