Alpharetta Approves Bowling Alley Plans
The proposed bowling lanes family entertainment hot spot will be located along North Point Parkway near Haynes Bridge Road.
The Alpharetta City Council has given its stamp of approval to modify conditions of zoning to accommodate a new bowling alley.
The council on Monday unanimously approved a request from North Point Bowling Alley to amend conditions of zoning in the North Point Commons Master Plan.
Council members voted to change the stipulations to allow for a 60,000-square-foot bowling lanes family entertainment venue on 5.02 acres on the south side of North Point Parkway between Haynes Bridge Road and Georgia Lane.
The property, which would be located at 5970 and 5980 North Point Parkway, would sit to the east of Bahama Breeze, which is at the corner of North Point Parkway and Haynes Bridge Road.
