Heat Pump, AC Unit Stolen from Milton Home

The following arrest information was supplied by the Milton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

When a Milton resident checked on his Arnold Mill Road property on Dec. 1, he noticed that the yellow plastic chain that blocks the front of his driveway was torn down. After walking around the property he noticed his Goodman 5-ton air conditioning unit was missing from the left side of the house. After further inspection, the victim noticed his Goodman 5-ton furnace with heat pump was also missing.

The victim was last at the residence approximately three weeks prior and had set his alarm before leaving. Nothing appeared to be missing from the inside of the home. He estimated the stolen outdoor units to be valued at around $8,000 combined.

The victim did not notice any forced entry into the vehicle and was unaware of when and where it could have happened.
