Updated, Friday, 9:30 a.m.

Roswell Police have provided a photo of Carlos Alberto Dominguez (see attached), whom they believe abducted Jesus Dominguez, 4, who went missing from his Roswell apartment Thursday and may be endangered.

Roswell Police Officer Lisa Holland said that the child has been placed in the Amber Alert system and that the Roswell Police Department is working with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation "to find the suspect and the child as quickly as possible."

Original report, Thursday, 9:15 p.m.

A Roswell woman was in serious condition Thursday night and her young son missing, and Roswell Police suspect the boy's father in his disappearance.

Roswell Police Officer Lisa Holland said police arrived at an apartment at 260 Old Holcomb Bridge Way at 4:30 p.m. and discovered an Hispanic woman who was unresponsive.

The woman was taken to a hospital, but Holland did not elaborate on what happened to her.

Holland said police discovered that the woman's son, Jesus Dominguez, 4, was missing from the apartment. He is described as an Hispanic male, 2.5 to 3 feet tall, 35 to 40 pounds. She said the boy has short black hair and brown eyes.

He may be with his father, Carlos Alberto Dominguez, whom Holland describes as an Hispanic male, 32-33 years old, 6-foot to 6-foot-2 in height with a thin build, short black hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion.

Holland said police believe the child to be endangered, but they don't have a vehicle description, direction of travel, or possible destination of travel, Holland said.

She said that anyone who sees the suspect or child should call 911 or the Roswell Police Department.
