According to the Roswell police report, only one homeowner was at the Roswell residence Wednesday night when an estimated five masked suspects dressed in all black and carrying guns - including a semi-automatic weapon - allegedly broke in. The homeowner, of Indian decent, told police his wife and children were out grocery shopping and he had been in the basement when he heard a loud thump upstairs.

He went upstairs to investigate the noise only to be confronted by three masked men who shoved him to the floor and tied him up using an electrical cord as two others ran up to the second floor.

While the suspects were still ransacking the house, the homeowner's family returned home from the store. The suspects pushed past the children as they unlocked and opened the door, knocking the daughter down a flight of stairs. The suspects ran toward the back of the residence and over a hill, while the homeowner sent his family next door and called police.

He told police the men were nearly all about 5 foot, 8 inches or so and weighed around 150 pounds. He also mentioned that they spoke to each other in a foreign language which appeared to be Spanish.

The police report only lists one gold diamond necklace stolen.
