Deputy Arrest Alpharetta Man on Drug, Exposure Charges

The accused was arrested by the FBI in April on child molestation charges.

An Alpharetta man who was arrested by the Safe Child Task Force in April faces drug charges in Forsyth County after someone reported he was driving nude on Buford Highway.

Kenneth John Acebal, 46, of Arborhill Lane, Alpharetta, was cited for possession of methamphetamine, a felony, and misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and possession of drug-related items.

He was released from the Forsyth County Detention Center on June 18, 10 days after his arrest, on a $17,165 bond. He is scheduled to be in court June 27 on the drug charges.

On June 8 at 12:17 a.m., a Forsyth County Sheriff's deputy stopped Acebal's vehicle, a black Cadillac SUV, after reports of someone driving nude. Evidence of drugs were found in the car, and he was cited for that also.

On April 11, agents and officers of the FBI-led Safe Child Task Force arrested Acebal after he allegedly attempted to meet someone he thought was a minor child to have sex.
