Milton Teen Faces Drug, DUI Charges After Traffic Stop
The following arrest information was supplied by the Milton police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A Milton teen was arrested on two felony drug charges and DUI-drugs on Saturday night after a Milton police officer spotted a black Mercedes on Cogburn Road crossing the double yellow line several times.
The officer said in an incident report that he noticed a strong odor of burn marijuana and alcohol when he approached the car at 7:53 p.m. The driver said he was coming from Montana's Bar and Grill where he only ate dinner.
After a field sobriety check, the motorist was arrested for DUI drugs/less safe. An inventory of the Mercedes revealed a clear plastic bag containing marijuana and more marijuana in the front seat cupholder. A brown purse inside the car contained approximatley $1,400 in cash.

Alpharetta Jail staff searched the teen and found a dietary supplement bottle in his pants with 159 white pills labeled "Onax" inside.
Alexander Dimitri McDaniel, 17, of Commonwealth Circle, Milton, was charged with felony possession of marijuana, going inside a guard line with drugs, DUI-drugs less safe and failure to maintain lane.
