“We are striving to obtain 100 percent compliance on a regular basis from all county establishments licensed to furnish alcohol," he said.

The FCSO urges each business to review their compliance and stress the importance to all employees.

"Our increased focus on compliance checks is one of the many benefits of the sheriff’s office restructuring," said Piper. "We have units combining resources and knowledge to assist in such operations."

"For example, deputies from our Community Relations Unit assisted our Ordinance and Permits Unit in this particular operation. I commend those businesses who passed the compliance checks and all that do so on a regular basis," added Piper.
