Car Apparently Collides with Animal on Windward Parkway
Traffic slowed and narrowed to one lane each way as Alpharetta police investigated.
Fire and police officers responded to an accident on Windward Parkway west of Deerfield and Westside parkways in which an animal apparently was killed. Police have not confirmed any information.
A single vehicle was involved in the accident in the eastbound lanes of Westside Parkway, at its intersection with Cingular Way.
Responding were fire and police officers from the , and Rural Metro personnel.
