Bank Robber Hits SunTrust Bank in Alpharetta

Public Safety Department asks for help identifying suspect.

The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety wants your help in identifying a bank robbery suspect. On Feb. 16 around 11 a.m., the suspect entered a SunTrust Bank in Alpharetta and gave a note to a teller demanding money.

The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene.

The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety is asking for anyone who knows the identity of the suspect to call its tip line at 678-297-6307, said George Gordon, spokesman for the department. He said all information will be kept confidential.
