Wells Fargo is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the capture of the suspect.

The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety needs the public to help them locate a man they say robbed a Wells Fargo bank located in the city.

The armed robbery happened at 11:13 a.m. Tuesday at the bank's location at 12460 Crabapple Road, the department said in a news release.

The suspect is described as a white male who stands between 5'9 and 6 feet tall and weighs between 175 and 190 pounds.

The man, who police say left on foot, was wearing a dark Harley Davidson T-shirt, blue jeans, a dark cap and sunglasses.
