Atlanta Woman Arrested On Felony Theft

The following arrest information was supplied by the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 24-year-old Atlanta woman was arrested on a felony theft by taking charge for allegedly stealing clothing from at North Point Mall.

A loss prevention officer reported seeing a woman stuffing clothing from Von Maur department store into her large purse on July 25.

The loss prevention officer lost track of her when she left the store, but another officer caught up with her. The suspect resisted the second officer, and tried to hide at Von Maur.

An Alpharetta police officer found 14 items in her purse for which she had no receipts, and a green leafy substance officers identified as marijuna.

Sabrina Cassandra Howard, 24, of Atlanta, was arrested for theft by taking over $500, a felony, and possession of marijuana–less than one ounce.
