Alpharetta Seeks Shooting Suspect

Timothy C. Pierce is wanted in connection to a shooting overnight Tuesday that left one man injured.

Felony arrest warrants have been issued by the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety in connection with Tuesday's shooting in Planter's Ridge community.

Timothy C. Pierce is wanted on aggravated battery, possession of a firearm during commission of a Felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon charges in relation to the shooting that happened just before 3:30 a.m. 

A man was discovered in the parking lot at 1538 Planter's Ridge Lane with multiple gunshots, and he was transported in stable condition to North Fulton Hospital where he underwent surgery for his wounds.

Pierce, 32, who has the nickname “AHK,” is described as a black man, stands at 5'10, weighs 165 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be driving a silver four door 2000 Honda Accord with Georgia license plate PMC5633. 

Pierce is believed to be armed and dangerous and Alpharetta police asks residents to immediately call 911 if they locate him.
