Alpharetta Man Arrested on Stalking, Drug Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the Milton police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

An Alpharetta man was arrested on stalking and drug charges after an apartment complex employee allegedly saw him driving erratically around the apartments and going to the door of a tenant who has a protective order against him.

A Milton police report states that the suspect visited the Camden Apartments on Oct. 18. A second officer performed a traffic stop at Twinrose Place and Fieldview Lane. The victim of the stalking was called, and she said the suspect had allegedly been calling her all morning despite the 12-month protective order placed against him. Two calls from an anonymous number left voicemail with obscene messages, she said, and the officer recorded them on his car's video system.

The police report said they found a bag containing a white powdery while searching the suspect, which tested positive for possible cocaine. Jay Dean Lundstrom, 49, of Alpharetta, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking, possession of cocaine and criminal trespass damage. He is being held in Fulton County Jail without bond.
