Accident Sends Driver to North Fulton Hospital
The Mercedes sedan was on fire when the firefighters and police officers arrived.
First responders had to pull a driver out of a burning Mercedes sedan early Saturday morning after a single-vehicle accident on Mid Broadwell Road.
The motorist was taken to North Fulton Hospital with serious injuries, according to Alpharetta Departmentt of Public Safety spokesman George Gordon.
Speed might have been a contributing factor in the accident on Mid Broadwell Road at Brierfield Road on Saturday at 3:03 a.m.

The initial investigation is focused on speed as being a contributing factor. The accident is being investigated by the department's Traffic Unit.
