Sallie A. Manning, 69: Lifelong Alpharetta Resident

Ms. Sallie Ann Manning, 69, of Alpharetta, died Jan. 21, 2014.

Born in Alpharetta to Roy and Chessie Chandler Manning, she was a lifelong resident of Alpharetta and a member of the St. James United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her two sisters, Lois Chambers and Chestene Carter and one brother, James S. Manning. Several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends survive her. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014 at St. James United Methodist Church. Pastor Dr. Michael T. McQueen officiated. Interment followed the service at Pineview Cemetery.
