Georgia Association of Realtors Tells Us That The Median Home Sales Price Climbed 35% in Georgia!
Housing Indicators for February show an increase in momentum for Georgia's housing market:
• New Listings decreased 11 percent
• Pending Sales were up 9 percent
• Inventory Levels shrank 31 percent
• Median Prices rose 35 percent
• Average Prices rose 23 percent
• Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 33 percent
• Days on Market decreased 16 percent to 87 days
• Percent of Original Price Received increased 6 percent to 94.2 percent
