Traveling Adventures of the Dollar
Journals keep children writing throughout the summer.
Like Flat Stanley, in June's Creative Writing Camp children will observe, track and write about the places and experiences their dollar travels for 24 hours. Contact www.ChildrensYogaAndMore.com and "click" Creative Writing Clubs for additional information. Be sure to prepare your child for daily journal writing in a "special" notebook over the summer. Why not keep one yourself to role model? Even grocery lists, chores accomplished, favorite games, weather report and a good round of persuasion all keeps children writing throughout the summer.
