Came upon a bad accident this morning on the way to work.

Saw this multi-car collision at Maxwell street and Hwy 9 on Friday AM. I have at least one camera with me at all times, so I snapped a few quick photos from inside my car.  I am trying to determine if the semi-truck parked on SB Hwy 9 was involved.  Both of those cars sustained major damage, and the F-150's driver airbag was deployed, even though my photos only show the side impact.
Speed had to be an aggravating factor somehow, based upon the damage to both cars.
