The wish list for these homeowners included a downstairs bathroom, bar area, family area and additional storage. One of the primary focuses was to provide the homeowners with adequate office space for a growing business.

The original framed area for the bathroom was to small to accommodate a tub or shower. Instead, the homeowners opted for a powder room with additional floor to ceiling cabinet storage. Also added was a wet bar with under-cabinet wine cooler and refrigerator for entertaining. Under-counter lighting brought out the beauty of Metuno Bordeaux granite.
