Crabapple Crossroads Developer Offers $10,000 Discount

Home buyers who close by Dec. 31 can get a $10,000 bonus.

Home buyers who pick the Crabapple Crossroads community in Milton will receive a $10,000 bonus if they close by Dec. 31 on a move-in ready home.

“We recently opened our new decorated model home and announced our $10,000 buyer incentive, and sold two homes within just five days,” said Kelly Fink, vice president of sales and marketing for The Providence Group.

Fink said Crabapple Crossroads offers low maintenance living in a convenient location. The community is known for its upscale, spacious plans and boasts nine home designs with two elevation options per plan. All move-in ready homes feature a desirable Garden style layout with rear-entry garages and private fenced courtyards.

Priced from the high-$300,000s, homes range from 3,048 to 3,464 square feet and offer four to five bedrooms, up to five bathrooms, family rooms, computer areas or offices, 10-foot ceilings on the main levels, gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, media rooms and teen suites per plan.
