On This Day of Thanks, It's Time to Answer the Big Question
You could have bought a prepared ham or turkey and saved yourself lots of trouble, but which do you prefer?
I like a nice turkey, but too often I've had to ladle on excessive amounts of gravy to disguise how it's dried out.
Ham is great, but I tend to get manic about trimming off any fat, probably striking fear in my table mates who see the knife flying around my plate.
But I guess my favorite is probably the stuffing. Or maybe the mashed potatoes.
