Dont' Forget to Take the Kids to Milton and Alpharetta Christmas Tree Lightings

With Milton's ceremony on Saturday and Alpharetta's on Sunday, it should be easy to make at least one fit your schedule.

Our two cities officially kick off the holiday season this weekend, lighting their Christmas trees in ceremoneies filled with kids and songs.

Milton

The ceremony will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the corner of Ga. 9 and Webb Road, in the Deerfield Place shopping center, which is home to Super Target, Kohl’s, Petco and more.

Alpharetta

Alpharetta will light its Christmas Tree in downtown during a ceremony that starts at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4. The celebration will take place in the Milton Square City Park at Milton Avenue and Main Street.
