Alpharetta Resident Honored As Advocate Against Domestic Violence

Julie Smith will be highlighted as a new member of the Legacy Society within the Partnership Against Domestic Violence.

An Alpharetta resident will be honored at the Partnership Against Domestic Violence Hearts with Hope Gala in May.

Julie Smith will be highlighted as a new member of the Legacy Society during the gala, which will be on Saturday, May 10. 

Smith, vice president for external affairs for Verizon, has been active with the organization for seven years.

The Legacy Society is made up of individuals who have dedicated their support, energy and resources to shape PADV. She will be accompanied by her fellow nominees for the 2014 class: UPS Vice President – Enterprise Accounts Anne Bowen-Long, Innotrac President, CEO and Chairman Scott Dorfman and Susie Trotochaud.
