GA, April 3, 2014 – Tapestry House will be holding the Five
Ways to Manage Caregiver Stress on April 9th at 2:00pm. The event,
which will be held at Tapestry House, 2725 Holcomb Bridge Road Alpharetta,
Georgia 30022, invites speaker Carol Mullen to emphasize the importance for
caregivers to manage stress levels.
“Caring is the toughest job in the world and a
caregiver’s health is more at risk than the loved one they are taking care of,”
said Carol Mullen, Community Outreach Representative for Optum Hospice,
regarding the event.
Carol Mullen has been a healthcare professional
for thirty-five years specializing in Alzheimer’s and Dementia. She is a
certified facilitator and oversees seven support groups. Residents will be
looking forward to seeing Ms. Mullen, as she is well known around the Tapestry
House community.
