Second Annual Chinese New Year Auction & Gala

The Cogburn Woods Educational Foundation will host its Second Annual Chinese New Year Dinner and Auction event March 21 at 6:30 pm at the Metropolitan Club in Alpharetta. The fundraiser supports current technology needs at Cogburn Woods Elementary School.

The event is open to the public. Tickets are $65 which includes a cocktail reception, dinner and the silent and live auctions. A Roberto Cavalli satin clutch valued at $970 and other fabulous items including outdoor attraction passes, signed sports memorabilia and more will be up for bid during the live and silent auctions. Purchase a paddle for $20 to participate in the lively Chinese Auction for an opportunity to win prizes ranging from $15 to $100. Auctioneers for this year will be Cogburn Woods' teachers Karen Schnell and Sam Kimbrel.

The Cogburn Woods Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the goal of which is to support advanced technology needs, facility maintenance and curriculum programs at Cogburn Woods Elementary, which serves over 900 students in Alpharetta and Milton.
