HANDS-ON GARDENING GUIDANCE OFFERED AT PIKE NURSERIES THIS WEEKEND

Container
gardens brighten up any space, and summer is just the time to start one! This Saturday, July 13, and Sunday, July 14, all Pike Nurseries
locations will host a Potting Party
Weekend, where gardening experts will assist guests in creating the perfect
container garden for their front step or patio – or terrarium for their kitchen
or office. Guests may bring their own empty pot (or select one from among the
thousands offered at Pike Nurseries’ stores) to start their container gardens.  Hands-on advice, along with complimentary
Pike Potting Soil and E.B. Stone Sure Start will be provided.



For
all rose lovers, Pike Nurseries locations will also offer a free Summer Rose Care Class on Saturday, July 13, at 10:00 a.m. The garden
center experts will offer helpful tips on deadheading, fertilizing, watering
and pest control for both advanced and entry-level rose gardeners.
