Self-Defense for Teen Girls

This nationally recognized class will teach teen girls age 11 and older about the dangers they face from strangers,
acquaintances and dating partners.

Girls will learn how to be "street smart" by modifying their behavior to stay safer and recognizing dangerous
situations and people. The training class uses real-world video scenarios to illustrate the proper way to respond to a threat.

Girls will also learn and practice simple, effective self-defense techniques that will allow them to injure and escape a much larger, stronger attacker.
