In this hands-on seminar, you'll learn all about growing Shiitake mushrooms on logs. Participants will inoculate a small log (provided by us) & receive detailed instructions on successful growing and maintenance. Take your log home and it should produce for about three years
$30.00 per person.
Enjoy mushroom risotto & a side salad for lunch from our cafe. Lunch includes iced tea, hot tea or regular coffee. Please allow at least 2 hours for class and lunch
