Celebrate Chinese New Year with Amy Meadows, author of the award-winning "Emma's American Chinese New Year." Amy will read from her book at Peerless Book Store on Sat. Feb. 23 at 1:30. All are welcome to participate in a related craft project and will receive a Chinese New Year treat.
