The Italian Stallion of the chef world, Chef Michael Bologna of Vingenzo's Restaurant in downtown Woodstock, will demonstrate how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch.  Afterwards, we will go outside as he shows us how to make authentic thin and healthy Italian Pizza on the gas grill.  Enjoy delicious samples and interesting stories by our friend, Chef Michael.
