Peanut, a Sweet Brown Tabby, Waits for Her New Family

This petite cat needs her own home, and can be adopted at the Atlanta Humane Society Mansell Campus.

Peanut is a sweet, brown tabby cat who is currently waiting at the Atlanta Humane Society Mansell Campus for her perfect family to come and take her home. She is a petite lady weighing only six pounds at one and a half years old.

Peanut came to the Atlanta Humane Society as a mama cat and has since watched her kittens get the homes of their dreams. Now that her job as mommy is finished, she is ready for her chance to find a family of her own.  She is a little nervous and shy about living at the shelter but is very friendly and loves to be petted. She has lived with other cats at the shelter and done well with her kitty roommates.

Peanut would do best in a home that understands her shy nature and is willing to give her time to adjust to her new home. She needs a home that is ready to provide her with love and reassurance.
