Community Update

I have sold a house using Duffy realty and just used the extra money I saved to buy a new home using Duffy realty. I love how her agency is structured. You work with a team of experts instead of just one person wearing many hats. You truly feel like you are dealing with an expert during each phase of the buying and selling process. I would never in my right mind choose to use a different Realtor.

For the purchase of my next home I had the pleasure of working with Joshua Thomas and his team. I met both Joshua and Tracy during the process and both were very professional. They were patient with my wife and I during the entire process.

Joshua drove over an hour with very little notice to show us just a few more houses one day after Tracy had already shown us several in the afternoon. We ended up falling in love with one of those and we are currently under contract. If he didn't make the extra effort we may have never had the opportunity to put an offer on it.

Overall, I've never had a question go unanswered throughout the process and I've never felt like I wasn't important. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how things have gone up until now.
