Community Update

I am so grateful for the Duffy system -- I saved about $5,000 and was thrilled about that because it enabled me not to have to bring money to closing, which had been the main concern when I had put it up for sale earlier as a FSBO. Having to come up with an extra $5,000 to close would have been difficult, so I feel very fortunate. Also, as a FSBO I had it priced much lower than I did with Duffy. At first I was a bit nervous about listing it so high, but I believe Rhonda was right about the pricing strategy that the company recommends. I would definitely sell my house through Duffy again.
