What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach is a trained and certified (2-day intensive training) person who is able to use scientifically proven methods to help people gain more clarity and power over their lives.

One of the methods a Life Coach uses is asking individuals the right questions.
1. What do you want? If you don't know what you want, ask yourself, what is in your life that you don't want. This will give you a launching point to identify what you do want.
2. Why do you want it? The "Why" is the energy of purpose to help fuel your energy and focus in creating the life you want.
3. When do you want it and what is it going to look, feel, or be like when you get it? Putting a time line on your desired outcome and identifying what you're going to experience when you get it helps to change it from a "Day Dream" to reality.
4. Would you be willing to be accountable to your Life Coach in regards to the action steps you'll be taking on a daily basis in creating your desired outcome. We will perform better for other people than we will for ourselves. This is the power of accountability.
5. How will you get it? A Life Coach will help you to identify the small action steps that will create a big life. Your Life Coach will have you assign dates and times to these action steps so they are easily achieved.

You've reached your maximum ability on your own. If you could do better, you would have done it already. That is why people turn to Life Coaches to help them achieve the next level in creating a better version of themselves.
