U.S. Trust Executive Bill Hamlet Joins Emory Gift Planning Advisory Council

Alpharetta resident Bill Hamlet, a Wealth Strategist with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management in Atlanta, has joined the Emory University Gift Planning Advisory Council. The mission of the Council is to increase the quality and quantity of planned gifts to Emory University by serving as an active source of expert consultation, technical input, and periodic education in various areas of charitable gift planning in support of the gift planning professional staff in the Office of Gift Planning at Emory University.

Hamlet has been a Wealth Strategist with U.S. Trust for 15 years. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, he was in private law practice concentrating in the areas of Trusts and Estates. Hamlet received his MBA in Finance from the Emory Business School and his LLM in Taxation from the Emory Law School and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the North Carolina State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, and the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
