SchoolPerks Launches to Reward Parents for Helping Schools

Alpharetta-based SchoolPerks.com recently launched to help schools raise funds in a completely innovative way. The program actually helps parents as much as the schools.

With SchoolPerks, parents shop online at over 1,200 top stores, such as Target.com, Walmart.com, Macys.com, Nordstorm.com and more. Each time they shop, they earn cash back on their own purchases, while simultaneously raising money for their kids' schools.

Typical fundraisers attempt to sell products that parents frequently do not want or need at often-inflated prices. In contrast, SchoolPerks actually helps parents save money on items they really want from their favorite stores. At the same time, their selected school raises money too. It's a win-win.

The Alpharetta-based company is focusing on helping local schools first, and is actively seeking forward-thinking PTA groups to support. To celebrate its launch, SchoolPerks is also paying 50% higher rewards to schools, as well as holding daily and weekly drawings for up to $500 in prizes for parents.
