Beres has more than 10 years of public relations experience in various industries including retail, restaurant, hospitality, consumer products, construction and more. She most recently as an account director with J2 Syndicate. Prior to that, she worked with McRae Communications and St. John & Partners Advertising & Public Relations, both as a senior PR account executive.

Beres has received nine Florida Public Relations Association awards for various programs that have focused on media relations, communications and special events for a variety of clients.
She received a bachelor’s degree in speech communication with an emphasis on public relations from Valdosta State University.
