Jay Woodruff Joins The A.I. Group, Inc.
Alpharetta, Ga., April 9, 2014 - The A.I. Group, one of Georgia’s largest privately held employee benefits firms, is pleased to announce the return of Jay Woodruff to the Benefits Consulting Team. Woodruff previously worked with The A.I. Group for a five year span beginning in 1999, but left to gain knowledge and expertise on the carrier side of the insurance business.
For the past 10 years, Woodruff worked with a leading national insurance company, has served on the board of the Middle Tennessee Association of Health Underwriters as the Communications Chair, as well as the Board of NAIFA's Nashville chapter. Woodruff studied in the University of Georgia's Risk Management and Insurance department and received his bachelor's degree in business administration. He is a NAHU Certified PPACA Professional and is currently working towards his CEBS designation. Woodruff joins The A.I. Group as a Senior Benefits Consultant. In this role, he will navigate through employee benefit options, programs, and vendors to find the best fit for the client’s needs. “Given Jay’s extensive experience in consulting, strategy, and sales for mid-sized and large organizations, we are excited to welcome him back to The A.I. Group.
