Listing Specialist

Primary Objectives

·       Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements

·       Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends

·       Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.

Regular Work Activities

·       Convert leads and listing appointments to agreements

·       Assist lead listing specialist with lead conversion and follow-up. 

·       Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and preparing homes for sale

·       May consult with sellers to accomplish necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning

·       Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed

·       Lead Generate and prospect for new business

Management Responsibilities

·       None, though a talented performer in this role may move into a leadership position

·       Proficient with and ability to learn relevant technology, including but not limited to: MS Office, FMLS, GA MLS, Top Producer, the RedX, MOJO, Keller Williams intranet and DotLoop.

·       Lead Agent- daily

·       Operations Manager- daily

·       Sellers/Clients- daily

 Compensation

·       Base Salary + Bonus listing –OR- Commission Based

·       Potential for Profit Share

·       Optional Insurance Benefits (Health, dental, etc..)

Job Requirements

·       High School graduate

·       Real estate license

·       1-3 years of industry and sales experience preferred

The Listing Specialist is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people.  He/she must have a high attention to customer service and understand the value of the consultative approach with clients.  The Listing Specialist is an individual who begins as a Listing Assistant and earns the right to be a Lead Specialist by receiving training, coaching and mentoring from the Lead Listing Specialist. 

This individual may be assigned various listing duties, such as converting leads to appointments and then agreements and launching marketing action plans for listings, until he/she has proven he/she has the skills and leadership to actively prospect for leads, schedule appointments, provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging, and negotiate contracts for listings on their own.  The Listing Specialist will relish the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate his/her ability to push the team closer to achieving its goals.

The Listing Specialist is passionate about our team’s brand and is deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing his/her own skills and developing into a leader within the team.  As he/she succeeds in the role, this person may ultimately be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional listing team members to profitable results.
