Experienced, Certified Home Inspectors in Atlanta, GA

Bill Compton, President and CEO of Champia Real Estate Inspections, says, “We are proud to be ranked 22 for this prestigious honor. It means a lot to us because it is based on the opinions of our employees, who are so vital to our company. We began with just one Atlanta home inspector in 1987, and have grown throughout the years to be one of the area’s leading residential and commercial inspection companies because of our fine team. It is essential to our success that they feel valued, because they are.”

Champia’s Atlanta home inspectors have lived in Atlanta for many years. They know the area and the unique issues that affect the region’s homes and offices, like humidity and moisture, which can lead to mold. They are also trained and licensed in radon testing, carbon monoxide detection and termite inspection. All of Champia’s Atlanta building inspectors have the highest industry standard certifications from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), International Code Council (ICC) and National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP).
