ALACARTE CATERING CELEBRATES 15TH ANNIVERSARY

ALACARTE CATERING of Sandy Springs celebrates their 15th Anniversary on April 26th. Co-owned by Rhonda Miglioli of Alpharetta and Irina Clow of Douglasville, ALACARTE CATERING has weathered the economic and cultural storm in the catering industry and look forward to continued success.

“We’ve learned to be flexible and persevere,” stated Irina.  “Tastes have changed a great deal these days – in cooking, serving, and catering.”  Some clients specifically ask for vegetarian, vegan, organic, gluten-free, lactose-free dishes, and less meats and sweets.  Celebrities have individual serving specifications much different than those for private clientele. And… there’s more competition in the already tight market.

ALACARTE CATERING started to cook backstage at Lakewood Amphitheater for musical bands.  Today, ALACARTE CATERING retains an excellent reputation for serving many famous stage celebrities at venues throughout the Atlanta area, as well as 100s of private clients.

Chemistry is an integral part of the business. Perhaps, it’s due to the two partners melding their backgrounds and talents to reach a winning formula. Rhonda met Russian-born Irina when both were employed at ‘Affairs to Remember’ catering company and the two hit it off.  Not long after, Rhonda decided to expand her Italian home cooking into professional catering and take advantage of Irina’s business acumen. Working in the food and beverage industry since she was 16, Irina was experienced with temperamental chefs, back-of-the-house operations, and creating fine cuisine. The partners simply promise, “No matter what, maintaining high quality is a must,” and insist on supervising every detail of each event they create.

For the past 15 years, ALACARTE CATERING’s Rhonda Miglioni and Irina Clow have offered unique and unforgettable culinary experiences for formal and informal events large and small public and private.  Clients agree their cuisine, service, and commitment are unparalleled and wish them continued success.
