About Sales, Inc., an Atlanta real estate brokerage established in 2007, is excited to announce its newest builder client. Kindred Homes offers the latest in architectural designs based on more than 25 years’ of experience in the home building industry. Kindred Homes also thrives on input from its customers and experienced sales team to design products for the way people live today.

Kindred Homes was founded by Michael Rucker and Chad Ricks. Working in the residential and commercial building industry for more than 20 years, Rucker worked in operations, land development, quality assurance and customer service before starting Kindred Homes. He last served as area manager for construction operations at McCar Homes.

Ricks co-founded Kindred Homes after working in the commercial building industry for almost 10 years. His time with Ricks Contractors, Inc. was spent as a field superintendent, estimator, project manager and vice president. His projects include North Forsyth High School, Statham Elementary School and Cobb County Fire Station #9 and #28.

About Sales, Inc. handles all aspects of sales and marketing for Kindred Homes’ newest venture in Milton.
